While driving, my wedding ring slipped off my finger. I saw it fall toward the floor. I drove straight home in order to get my ring. I looked everywhere and could not find it. I was certain it was under the seat. I pushed the seat back and forth to no avail. I called Town East Ford Service, and fortunately, Alicia Hughes answered the phone. She told me to bring my car in and they would take another look. I went directly to the service department. Alicia and others brought out cellphones and used the light to search again. No ring!! By then, I was a nervous wreck! I was told they could take the car back and remove the door seal, take out the seat, and look under the carpet!! The car was taken to the shop and the experts worked their magic! They found my ring under the carpet!!! I was absolutely thrilled! Thank you to this incredible team!!!
