Overall great experience Brought our 2016 Mazda 3 in for an oil change at around 27,000. All went well but was surprised to be informed that we already needed rear brake pads Brought our 2016 Mazda 3 in for an oil change at around 27,000. All went well but was surprised to be informed that we already needed rear brake pads and rotors. I have never had to replace pads and rotors at such low mileage. We did buy the car used from Town North at around 24,500, so we are not sure how the brakes were treated by the previous owner. Still seems like low mileage for new pads and rotors. Just my opinion. The lady I spoke with told me there were no appointments available to fit my needs. When I called Town North and spoke with Railynne, she eased my fears and concerns and told me to bring my car in without hesitation. With the amount of driving I generally do he did not want me to be unsafe so he gave me a loaner. He called every step of the way and gave me the cost of repairs.
