Oil Change / Service Center I take my car to get an oil change and nowhere else. The service is exceptional. Took Forever I had an appointment at 11:15 for an oil change. I finally got my car back at 2:00 only because I went to get a progress report. The "clerk" was day I had an appointment at 11:15 for an oil change. I finally got my car back at 2:00 only because I went to get a progress report. The "clerk" was daydreaming and said "oh, I just got the keys". I don't know how long it would have taken if I had no appointment.
