I recently bought a used vehicle here. My salesperson, Jeff, was friendly and made the experience feel easy, but beyond the make, model, and mileage, I was told very little about the car. When we asked about a spare tire our question was brushed off, and did not receive any answers. No one mentioned the car's remaining factory warranty. Then came the finance paperwork. The finance manager, Rodney Farley, added thousands in add-ons to my loan (a service contract and a maintenance plan), selling me extended coverage without ever mentioning the factory warranty already on the car. I left with only the first page of each contract, not the terms I'd supposedly agreed to. Dealing with him made me uncomfortable. Once the deal was done, communication stopped completely. About a dozen calls, texts, and emails to Town and Country Toyota, including Jeff and Rodney, and zero responses. I cancelled both contracts through the warranty company myself. My advice: don't buy from these people. If you do, get an out-the-door price in writing and read every line of the finance paperwork. I now understand why car dealerships have the reputation they do, and this location lives up to every bit of it. More

I have been a Toyota Town & Country customer for about 10 years, but this was my worst experience. My service advisor, Ray, was rude, impatient, dismissive, and unprofessional. I had legitimate questions abo years, but this was my worst experience. My service advisor, Ray, was rude, impatient, dismissive, and unprofessional. I had legitimate questions about a $1,000+ repair, but instead of providing clear answers, he became irritated and treated me disrespectfully. I cannot recommend Ray as a service advisor. More
