Warranty maintenance and more - handled excellently Was in for routine maintenance but wanted them to check a few other issues. Kevin listened and ensured he had the right descriptions written down. He communicated that it would have to be seen by someone other than the maintenance technician due to it involving electronics and told me the wait time it might be. When it was complete, he reviewed everything thoroughly and I had forgotten to mention another concern. He didn't hesitate and took it back to have it checked again.
