My daughter took her Toyota camry for an oil change on 7/25, walked out paying $250. She was pretty much forced to pick the 30,000 tune up which she repeatedly said "all I want is an oil change". I totally feel because she is young, she was taken advantage of. I called to talk to someone, after getting passed around 4 times, the service advisor who supposedly helped her, did not provide any reason as why he would be forcing a tune up on my daughter. He kept saying she picked the service, no she did not. She does not even know what a tune up is. My daughter tells me, I kept saying all I want is an oil change. Extremely disappointed with the treatment. I expect the service advisor to care about the customer's pocket not their commission. We will NEVER EVER take the car to this dealership. More
