John did great! Many thanks to John for helping me service my vehicle. I had to do the 30K maintenance and I knew it was going to take a while. The biggest thing for a customer that is waiting for their car to be serviced is to have a realistic timeline of how long everything will take. John DID that! We had to add an additional 1.5 hours to the service appt because my brakes needed to be fixed. He explained everything and told me of the timeline. Maintenance Service Appointment We arrived on time for our appointment and the service rep, Robert (twin brother of Rodney), assisted us. He told us that the vehicle would be ready i We arrived on time for our appointment and the service rep, Robert (twin brother of Rodney), assisted us. He told us that the vehicle would be ready in about an hourish and he would call us when it was ready. We walked down to Wendys for a bite to eat. Sure enough, he called in a timely manner as promised, and we picked up the car. Upon pickup, it was explained to us when to bring it back for future service and we drove away happy and satisfied. Overall, it was a pleasant experience; especially since I thought I was seeing double when Robert walked up to assist us. I had just seen Rodney walk by from afar. Then when I turned around, I thought to myself, there he is again! How did that happen?? But after carefully looking at him he had a different hairstyle, but he was just as nice and sweet as Rodney. I explained to him that Rodney took good care of us and had sold us the car. More
