He was professional but very personable so I felt a connection right away. He was neither pushy nor condescending while we discussed options and pricing. And then when my car came in he called me and emailed me right away and had the prep work started so it made that arduous process of getting the car less painful. It was a stressfree purchase and I would recommend this dealership and these 2 individuals in particular.
