Both made me feel very comfortable as I live in a different city and wanted to purchase the vehicle in Tuscaloosa so my daughter would have a relationship while at school. When I returned to get leather seats for the car, my son who is 19 was with me and Dormain made him also feel at ease as Dormain offered to help him if he ever needed anything with his car, also a Nissan. Awesome Experience! Like I'm sure many have before us, my husband and I parked our car at the Nissan dealership "just to look real quick." We recently relocated back to T Like I'm sure many have before us, my husband and I parked our car at the Nissan dealership "just to look real quick." We recently relocated back to Tuscaloosa after 9 years in NYC with no car, and now we needed one. I'd been researching for weeks leading up to the move and had my sights set on a Rogue. I'd also casually been looking at Altimas so the visit was to just see what was there and be on our way. We had our toddler and brand new baby with us as well. Tyrone came right out and greeted us and with his and Annie's help, we quickly narrowed the search down to 2 Altimas and 1 Rogue, all recent trade-ins. I said we'd try to come later that day or the next to test drive, as we were nearing lunch time and our toddler wasn't enjoying car shopping as much as we were! Then Annie said the magic words: "we have a kids play room." NOTE TO ALL DEALERSHIPS: having a good kids play room will help you sell cars! My husband and I took turns watching the kids (who were happy as can be in the playroom) and test drove the vehicles with Tyrone, who we both absolutely loved working with. My heart settled on the most expensive one, which was being sold at a similar price to the brand new Ford we were driving as a loaner car, so we were finding it tough to justify buying a used car when we could get a brand new one for maybe only a couple of thousand more. Then Annie pulled out some magic words again: What if we can get you in a brand new Altima around that same price? Hooked. The thing about Tyrone and Annie is that they never came off to us as pushy or car sales-y (no offense car salespeople!). My background is in retail mgmt, so I understand sales and I'm not one who has a hard time walking away. And I never felt like I couldn't walk away at Nissan. Annie's magic words weren't unnecessary or aggressive, she just said what I needed to hear to keep nudging me forward. My daughter needed a distraction--kids room. I wanted the newest car with the lowest miles in my budget--she said she could do that. And the one time we were about to walk away (with plans to come back), Annie asked what would make us say yes before leaving. Again, not in a way that made me feel uncomfortable. And of course I had that thing lingering in my head...and I knew exactly what would make me say yes. So I said why not, I'll say it. Here's my max payment and here's the car I want. Make it happen and I'll say yes. Mrs. Annie and Tyrone made it happen and I said yes. Done and done. I walked away with a brand new car with 7 miles on it within my budget (well, the top of my budget!) and Nissan inched closer to their sales goal. Both sides were happy. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly, and it was honestly one of the best experiences I've had. I highly recommend Townsend Nissan and while I'll be driving this car til the wheels fall off (a lifetime warranty, are you kidding me?!), if I were to ever need to buy a new car, this is right where I'd come. More

Excellent Sales Person My car purchase experience with Mr. Estrict was phenomenal. First, He told me it was his first day at Townsend Nissan. I said, "Oh Yeah"! thinking to My car purchase experience with Mr. Estrict was phenomenal. First, He told me it was his first day at Townsend Nissan. I said, "Oh Yeah"! thinking to myself that his statement must be some sort of sales pitch. I later learned that what he said was true. I had no plan to buy a car that day, but he showed me all the used Nissans that I was interested in, and explained the difference between the 2.5L and the 3.0. We talked about his personal cars for a while, but at time did I feel I was being pressured to make a buy. Thank You So Much Mr. Estrict. Although I love the car that I purchased, if not for you, I likely would not have returned the following day to make this purchased. Irvin Perry More
