Matt is very easy to work with and makes the buying process as smooth as possible. Has everything cleaned up and ready to drive off the lot for you. If anything needs touched up or fixed he will make sure it happens as well. Kelli also did a thorough job with the financials/warranties and made me feel confident walking out. Finance dept was a little pushy with the warranty they wanted to sell us, we declined it as we trust the vehicle we've purchased. I understand it's their job to sell warranties, but we both felt the finance manager became rude and short with us after declining the warranty. More
