Dealers with Integrity I worked with Greg McDevitt and Shawn Frisky as we had to resolve an issue with a used car I purchased. I am a stickler and looked the car over thorou I worked with Greg McDevitt and Shawn Frisky as we had to resolve an issue with a used car I purchased. I am a stickler and looked the car over thoroughly prior to purchase, however, shortly after purchase, the engine light came on and I took it in for inspection. The problem turned out to be a comprehensive wiring problem that ended in a substantial electronic issue. Mind you, this car was not under warranty and the warranty I purchased did not include electronic coverage, so I could've been out of luck. However, Greg and his team acknowledged that occasionally, any make of car, even those in the best condition, can have problems. Greg and the Toy Barn team (all the way to the owner, Shawn Cunix) knew of this situation and sought to make it right, and they did. I ended up purchasing a different vehicle from the Toy Barn, and it is as sound as I had hoped. The willingness and ability of Greg and the other Toy Barn staff to ensure customer satisfaction was above and beyond. So, I have been waiting for my title for little over a month now and my paper copy license plate is about to expire in 3 days however, every time I called the dealership to communicate with my dealer and Sarah in the title department, things didn't go smoothly at all. Sarah has been telling me that she has already processed my title and it will be at my mail box shortly which never happened up to this point. As my paper license plate is about to expire in 3 days, I called Sarah again yesterday who told me that my title was shipped out again two days ago as a regular mail, not as an express mail even though they had delayed this whole process and left me with no time to register my car before its expiration date. Then, I texted my used car dealer Conor who is completely ignoring my messages. This dealership is obviously some privately owned business and the employees that I encountered through my experience were very unprofessional and bunch of fake liars. Plus, Conor even almost ran my girlfriend over by carelessly driving when she tried to get in the backseat as we were taking the car out for a test drive. I tried my best to stay positive and keep neutral relationships with these untrained careless individuals even after all the small incidents that might have been considered unacceptable to many people. I can't get over how ignorant these people are and I am recommending people to never shop at Toybarn. Worst experience of buying a beautiful Amg that has no title. Thank you for wasting my time and my money. More

My Son Kyle recently bought a BMW X5 from Toybarn an had a great experience, an suggested that I take a look at there on line inventory, I’m from Cleveland, but he told me it would be worth the time and trip. I looked on line, an saw what a great reputation and inventory they had. Contacted one of there team members, Matt, who was most knowledgeable of his cars and on the BMW of interest, even other BMW dealers I have had contact with, could not match Matts knowledge. His non push attitude made me very comfortable and pleased with his professional stance and representation of his Cars, Company and most important, ME. For I have not purchased a car in 18 years, and here I’am starting the purchase process by phone with Matt and have not even touched the car yet. Matt took time describing every detail of the car with me until I was satisfied with all my questions. I’m a very analytical kind of guy, sorry Matt. But thank you for making this all possible.
