Horrible post-sale support Bought my Land Rover LR4 at Toy Barn. Worst experience buying a car. (1) the ECO Drive mode did not work. The sales rep wanted to blame me for not k Bought my Land Rover LR4 at Toy Barn. Worst experience buying a car. (1) the ECO Drive mode did not work. The sales rep wanted to blame me for not knowing how to use it. They finally admitted it was faulty and told me to take it to the Land Rover dealership myself. It was my problem now. (2) They only had 1 key to the truck and never disclosed it. It was only after I signed the papers and had to drive off that I noticed I only had one key. When I asked for the other one they told me they lost the other one and that they don’t have to provide 2 keys. A new key is $500. They never wanted to speak to me after they sold me the car. Never returned calls. Toy Barn loves to sell you a car but don’t care after you sign the papers. Never buy a car there again! More

I'm actually located out of state and Chris Scott handled and made the transaction seamless. I was picked up by Chris from the airport, driven to the Toy Barn and shown my beautiful detailed BMW. As expected, I was allowed to conduct a walk around, test drive and ask all the questions I needed to pull the trigger on a decision. All items were as advertised. The product and customer service are beyond what I really expected. I would recommend any and everyone I know to do business with The Toy Barn. In addition, I can't speak highly enough of Chris Scott, he was truly professional and supplied me with the information I needed without providing pressure. Sent a note to a number of dealers and got responses - the Toy Barn was top on the list - fast response and ready to talk. Had a Vette in Marysville that looked great but when talking with the salesperson I didn't have a warm and fuzzy. Worked with Chris Scott at the Toy Barn and he was straight forward and no BS. Ended up with a great car for my collection. Will tell you that they needed to pay more attention to the detailing - poor job but not really that big of a deal. I did notice that they did not change the oil and got in touch with Scott no problem they will fix it when the change is due. Overall great experience. I'll be back. More

The seller happened to be the Toy Barn which is less than 10 miles from my house. I looked up their website and filled out a quick form requesting more information. Within the hour I was contacted by their sales manager, Conor Maguire. From the get go, Conor was very professional, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. The service department took time out of their busy schedule to align the truck and even replaced some worn out hood struts without being asked. The entire team went above and beyond to make this a very pleasurable experience. More
