I have been to Toyota Collision Center three times in the last year to get my 4Runner fixed and every time the service gets better and better! Definitely stay away, they don't really guarantee their work like advertised and they make sure there's no paper trail on important work, so you can't verify if an issue comes up down the road. They had me pay out of pocket for something that should have been covered and then wouldn't guarantee it 4 months later when there was a problem with it. I got taken advantage of twice, I feel so stupid for going back! Stay away and don't get upsold and lied to, spend your money somewhere honest and get treated like a valued consumer instead of a piece of cattle! More
