I noticed I had a a valve cap missing on my tires. Upon further inspection all my valve caps were loose. So if the dealer checked the air pressure, they did not re-tighten my valve caps on the tires a Upon further inspection all my valve caps were loose. Toyota Carlsbad Collision Center went above and beyond for my repairs and repaint. Their staff were always courteous, excellent at managing expectations, and most importantly to me: transparent. Robert talked me through all of my available options for my car's paint issues, and was upfront about which options might be best for me--even if that best option financially might be to not get some services done. This earned my trust with him and the collision center, and was why I chose them for my repairs in the end. Repairs happened quickly, and I was always informed along the way. My car came back newer looking than when I first bought it used, and I was surprised to find they'd cleaned my interior too. I'll definitely work with them again if my Toyota needs more services!
