Pete, my service advisor, listened to my concerns and explained what the mechanics would do for me. He kept me up to date at all times. He was clear and concise. When the mechanics did not have the equipment that they needed to fix the car, Pete told me that he would order the part and pay for a rental car when I brought the car back to the dealership later that week. He was on the ball. On point. He has a friendly, personable and professional personality. I really enjoyed him. I want him to be my service advisor every time!!! The two advisors at the car rental desk were excellent as well. Their names were Wendy and Jenny. Everything went smoothly and efficiently, with the rental car check out and check in process.
