Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. The car was done and ready as promised. However, when I picked up my car, the volume of the radio was set at the maximum rate and the car was cold, i The car was done and ready as promised. However, when I picked up my car, the volume of the radio was set at the maximum rate and the car was cold, indicating that someone had been sitting in my car blasting the a/c and the radio just prior to me picking it up. But my car was ready for pick up 2 hours earlier. I am upset that someone at Toyota was sitting in my car with the a/c on high and the volume so high that it could blow out the speakers- and it nearly blew out my ears! More
