Tom Grasser was very helpful as an adviser, 5 stars. Everyone is great except for the porters. They need to parallel park the vehicles into proper spaces when delivering to customers so that stars. Everyone is great except for the porters. They need to parallel park the vehicles into proper spaces when delivering to customers so that they do not block traffic and allow customers the time to need to prepare their cars. I saw this multiple times as I was waiting I had to go find a parking spot while leaving my $2k electric sports scooter unattended. It takes about 5 minutes to properly secure. It was either that or block 2 other people from leaving or use up the disable parking spaces. More
