I already knew that I was buying one and he helped guide me into making the best decisions with straightforwardness, honesty and being informative. I think that's all we want from our sales people. I would highly recommend Bob B, and will soon as my wife is considering a prius in the near future. He went above and beyond in assisting me with my Tacoma purchase. Monica was also super helpful after I purchased the car and described to me the nuances of the tech system and some of the features that I didn't know was available.
