Yesterday I purchased a vehicle. Right from when we walked on the lot, I could tell that they were taking a different approach and didn't come up and rush my wife and I. Once I had had an opportunity to look at the car that I wanted, then they made themselves available to help answer questions about the car and open it up for us to look at. Roberto was super helpful and not pushy at all. There was one other vehicle that I was interested in looking at and instead walking accross the hot lot, they brought it straight to us. Once we sat down, it was very easy. I was nervous about going back to Finance where sometimes everything can change - but instead, she found that our payment would actually be lower! I found, test drove, got a price that was fair for my trade in, got financed and received the car - all in 3 hours! I LOVED the experience and appreciate Roberto and our amazing Finance lady!
