Great Deal with a Little Frustration We received a mailing about promos for ending our Honda leases early. I was connected to Mike Mills who was very helpful in arranging test drives so I We received a mailing about promos for ending our Honda leases early. I was connected to Mike Mills who was very helpful in arranging test drives so I could compare a Toyota Rav and Honda CR-V. I chose the CR-V. He found the color and model I wanted and I leased it. He also found the color and model of Honda Civic that my husband wanted and arranged for the return and new lease. Although the paper work process took longer than it did 3 years ago we were still satisfied with the experience. The problems and reason for 4 stars arose when it came time to get our plates. Although this may not have been Mike's fault, my plates didn't come in until the day before my 30-day tags expired, causing me a lot of angst. Mike said that the person at the DMV who sends the plates and registration to Motor Cars was on vacation and nobody was covering her responsibilities. My husband's 30-tags expire in 3 days and they still haven't come in. Mike Mills said they can be over nighted to him. I hope they arrive in time. Other than the problems with the license plates, Mike was very accommodating and professional and I would recommend him personally to friends looking to lease/purchase a car from MotorCars Honda or Toyota. UPDATE: My husband's plates arrived at the dealership 1 day prior to 30-day tags expiring and Honda is not backing Mike Mills' offer to have them over nighted because legally they're only required to have them available in 30 days and they got them at 29 days. That doesn't mean that we have time to jump in the car and drive 25 minutes each way to pick them up. We're very disappointed in this aspect of their customer service. More
