He explained all of the changes in the 2013 model, including the rear and right turn camera. He also set up the Bluetooth phone for me and got the floor mats I requested. We first went to Toyota of Bedford where I leased my Prius. They are under construction and the salesman seemed put out that I wanted to see the new Prius V and the Prius 5 side by side. he would only Prius. We looked at the V and asked him to give us a price. He said he would call us and of course never did. We then came to your dealership and Tom met us outside as we pulled in. He showed us several cars both in the showroom and off the lot. We drove the V and loved it but it didn't have all the bells and whistles I wanted. Tom found me a car at another dealership and had it brought to CLeveland Hts for me to look at. It was perfect and I bought it. Now I did drive him a little crazy but he went with the flow, unlike my husband who was ready to kill me becuase I couldn't make up my mind. We also bought the prius I had leased, Tom had it checked out for some noises I heard with your service department and we found out that it was in great mechanical shape. Matt bent over backwards to title it in my daughters name. They guys set up transportation for the prius to Arizona and when I came back to the dealership with a car filled with boxes, Tom met me and loaded the Prius going to Arizona for me. I don't know anyone who would do that especially since there was nothing in it for him. He certainly went above and beyond the customer service I would expect. I give Tom the highest marks...He is a keeper and a great salesman for your dealership. Thank you Tom for all the personal attention and especially for your patience with me in coming to a decision.
