I have enjoyed doing business with Ford of Greenfield since 2015. Recently I purchased a 2021 Ford F-150 and I could not be more pleased with Dan Underwood the salesperson I worked with over the past fe since 2015. Dan could not have been more helpful in assisting me find the truck I was looking for. Dan is extremely knowledgeable and was great to work with. My wife and I visited Toyota of Greenfield to look at a vehicle listed as available at their dealership, and to possibly make a purchase of that vehicle listed. We met with the sales agent Chris, and it was the most pleasant experience ever of purchasing a vehicle! Chris went well beyond and out his way of our expectations in his helpfulness to guide us through our purchase of a Toyota Tacoma.! We did agree on a fair price and purchased the vehicle that we were interested in. My wife and I would recommend possibly purchasing a vehicle at their agency. Thanks Chris, Bill & Cindy More

Transgender and/or queer customers beware.The sales Transgender and/or queer customers beware. The sales manager, Craig Bodenstein, was hostile to my spouse when she came in to make a deposit on the Transgender and/or queer customers beware. The sales manager, Craig Bodenstein, was hostile to my spouse when she came in to make a deposit on the new minivan we were purchasing. My partner is a nonbinary transgender woman, and when she reacted defensively to being repeatedly misgendered (said "Please stop [curse word that starts with f] calling me 'sir'"), Craig reacted aggressively and initially said he would refuse to do business with her/us. He also refused to put on a mask, prior to the lifting of the Massachusetts mask mandate, when my partner asked him to do so. We have an immunocompromised person and an unvaccinated child in our household, so we are still dealing with substantial risk from COVID. Another sales associate, Roman Goretstkiy, smoothed over the situation enough that I could put the deposit down over the phone--which the internet coordinator Tricia Carignan had said was not possible to do. She had, in fact, said that they didn't take deposits to hold cars at all, which was patently incorrect. She also accidentally offered me a $500 lower price on the vehicle than they could actually give, which I only discovered after making the deposit. In short, my spouse made an unnecessary trip to the dealership an hour's drive away from our home at which she was misgendered and verbally attacked by Craig. To be fair, none of the other employees behaved so badly, but this one bad apple made us feel very rotten about the whole experience. If there weren't a vehicle shortage and no other 2021 Toyota Siennas in stock within a 150-mile radius, we would not have subsequently done business with this dealership, but we didn't have any other options. If you do, please take your business elsewhere. More
