My daughter was in the market for a new vehicle. She is young and many dealerships did not want to spend time with her or take her seriously . I usually dread purchasing a new vehicle because time is waisted on sifting through deceiving sales tactics and listening to useless promotions. This was not the case with Ken Kavanaugh at Ford of Greenfield. He is a down to earth gentleman whose personality puts the buyer at ease. He is very knowledgeable about cars and trucks in general and has a story or two to back up his recommendations or suggestions for just about any Ford vehicle or product associated with the vehicle. Ken listened to what I wanted, respected my price range, and did not force me to purchase any unwanted products. It was a very quick, productive and pleasant buying experience. I will return to Ford of Greenfield. More

Mike was very informing about the vehicle I was interested in. He did not keep me waiting and wondering what was going on.
