I have been a customer of Toyota Knoxville for many years. The first time I had my car serviced there I was impressed by the cleanliness. You could literally “eat off the floor”! Uses bait and switch sales. I wanted to purchase a GMC Acadia that had been listed on cargurus.com for over a month and had 2 different price drops. I then submitted a credit check and as soon as I was approved I was told, "Management told us it had mechanical issues and it didnt pass our safety inspection.
