The car wasn’t even ready with the accessories installed that were included in the quote. Everything I was told was wrong, from delivery 6-8 weeks (15 actual) to the rebate shouldn’t go down. I can understand that part, but to have your sales manager tell me the price of the vehicle increased and trying to add the accessories back and excluding the fact that my trade-in was worth more as well was inexcusable. Then to try to add $500 to it was unacceptable. Bottom line is TOK reneged on the agreement from March. It also took multiple emails and phone calls just to get my deposit back. This was one of the worst buying experiences I have ever been a part of. More

The one star is for the salesman, Todd, who was the only one who would return phone calls when he said he would. The service writer, Shannon, tried to lie to me regarding another Toyota dealer. I left Joe multiple voicemails for a return call after I was told he would call me back that evening only to never receive any return calls period. The 30 day used car warranty is useless when it comes to major issues. Their techs claim the issues can’t be found but another Toyota dealer found them and documented them. Andy’s solution to my vehicle problem was to buy their extended car warranty. What good is that since you don’t even honor your 30 day warranty? Everyone I spoke with tried to pass me off to someone else. I will tell anyone and everyone never to do business with this dealer More

Don't buy used! We were sold on the 150 point "thorough" inspection and that "no used vehicle is put on the lot without all issues being fixed". We have spent almost We were sold on the 150 point "thorough" inspection and that "no used vehicle is put on the lot without all issues being fixed". We have spent almost $3,000 in repairs on the used car we purchased within 30 days of purchase! First issue on the drive home was no heat. Took back next day and we were told the heater core was out which would be around $2,000 and could we "help out" with about $500 of the repair? We had the car less than 24 hours! Heater core replacement is actually around $600-700 with labor, not $2000! They did fix this problem, but the worst was yet to come! Leaking valve cover gaskets, transmission oil lines and cooler, rear main seal and radiator ALL have had to be replaced!!! I emailed several managers and finally got a response that they're sorry for the inconvenience. NEVER will I purchase a new or used vehicle here! I would like to add that our salesman was wonderful. I feel bad for him as he had tremendous faith in the dealership and the 150 point inspection! More
