Very pleased! On my way to the dealership, I was prepared mentally for the obnoxious and pushy attitudes of the salesmen, but it was a totally different experience On my way to the dealership, I was prepared mentally for the obnoxious and pushy attitudes of the salesmen, but it was a totally different experience when I got there (compared to other Toyota dealers)! My brother and I were greeted pleasantly by Mr. Wayland Whisler. Though he seemed quite busy, he took the time to walk us through everything and answered all questions. He was friendly, easy to chat with and not pushy or just there trying to make a sale. First time in my life that a Toyota salesperson went on a test drive with us without scanning my dl but just making sure I have it with me. Other two dealerships I know are BMW and Mercedes only! Throughout the whole process, TM made sure customer service was their top priority! Loved it when salesmen try to work with their customers rather than the other way around!!! More

I was hesitant the day before and did a lot of the legwork before I came in, which I am sure was a hassle for him… but he was nothing but gracious, kind, patient and extremely helpful. He made me so excited to drive down and find the car that was right for me. I could tell he is very experienced in his trade, as he picked up on what he knew would be best for me and helped me through my infamous indecisiveness. Weighing my options, having them on paper for me, making sure I knew the background and details about each vehicle.. I have never felt more secure with my car purchase. He has a wonderful disposition, great sense of humor and made me feel immediately at ease. There was no pressure or pushiness. When it was time to drive home in my new car, that he had detailed for me and even switched my car seat for me ( awesome ) , I was a little sad to say goodbye. We had such a fun day. Emad's The Best! :D Emad"s Super! My experience was totally unbelievable! I decided to visit this branch to look at the Rav 4's because I want to surprise my mom when she Emad"s Super! Emad showed me the different models and took me for a test drive. I told him what i wanted (color and features) and Emad made sure that I got it.. (2014 XLE-RED RAV 4) at the price that was perfect for my budget. He did a great job helping me! He's totally a person to go to.. not to mention he's super funny and very entertaining. He kept on giving us snacks while doing our business.. drinks and all! Excellent customer service!!! Toyota Marin sells their used cars with no-haggle pricing, which I appreciated, especially since this was my first real car buying experience. I only needed to deal with one salesman, John Hathaway, who let me take TWO test drives in the car that I eventually purchased, to make sure that I would be happy with it. He even took the time to drive me over to where they get the used vehicles detailed because there was a vehicle there that I wanted to look at as well. I would love to have paid a little less for the vehicle, but honestly, who wouldn't? My own research showed that the price that I did end up paying was extremely close to the Kelly Blue Book value of the vehicle, and again, I didn't have to arm wrestle anyone to get that price! More
