I cannot express the joy of buying a vehicle from Toyota Marin. As a veteran with ptsd and hating not knowing what to expect and travel long distances I was very hesitant on making a purchase as I usually Marin. Brooke Peros somehow knew how to handle the situation with so much professionalism and actually gave me plenty of time for me to make my own decisions on a purchase. No rush at all.... and I took weeks lmbo. In the end with the fantastic (no really. FANTASTIC) deal I can say that I am more than satisfied with Toyota Marin and the salespersons and staff they have. They made it easy for me to buy the car, return the rental, and make arrangements to take the trade the next day saving me time and miles. Even after the trade in had been towed to the dealer the next day, Christine made an extra effort to retrieve an CD from the car and return it to me. They really helped. More

I called into Toyota Marin. Brooke answered the phone. We talked about a few cars that they had that could work for us. I was helping a friend find a car. When we arrived we were greeted by a couple people and got Brian to help us out. He showed us the cars that we talked about earlier and was very up front about everything. I did not expect to buy a car on my first visit to the dealership, but Ozzy listened to what I was looking for and found me a great car that wasn't even up on their website yet. He was patient and gave me all the time I needed to make a decision, plus multiple test drives. He answered all my questions or if he didn't know the answer, found someone who did. He was very friendly and really encouraged me to pick the car that was right for me, not the more expensive car. The rest of the team walked me through all the paperwork, and they gave me a very fair deal on my trade-in. This car will probably last me 10 years, but I would definitely come back here if I ever needed another car. More
