I've had an ongoing issue with the Cilajet application I was sold after purchasing a brand new car from this deal Zero stars! This place is horrible. I've had an ongoing issue with the Cilajet application I was sold after purchasing a brand new car from this dealership in 2017 (actually my third car I've purchased from them). I've never been happy with the application, which cost me $900, and Toyota Marin has been xxxxxxx me around ever since the first time I filed a complaint. Nobody there is willing to resolve my issue, and I can literally name all of the managers who I've spoken with. Chip, Kathy, Brian, Tiffany, the list goes on. My car looks dirty no matter how many times I wash it. The paint sealant they sold me is clearly defective and I'm sick of wasting money at the car wash. I will call and check up about the same issue at least once a month to see if any progress is made and nobody calls me back. After buying three cars from this dealership I at least expect a call back. This dealership will not treat you like a valued customer and you can literally go to any other dealership in the state and will have a better experience. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More
