He answered all of my questions and did not pressure me at all. After a week or so getting things organized on my end, my husband and I made the 2 hour trip to the dealership. George even came in on his day off to help us. We were there for about 2 hours and came home with the car we wanted for the fair price listed. I was skeptical about going to a dealership so far from home, but I am glad we did. The customer service and pleasant staff was well worth the drive. I would highly recommend George and his associates. I have bought a lot of cars in the past and this is the first time I haven’t felt pressured at any point. Usually when you get to the finance person it gets tense, but Cathy was welcoming, knowledgeable about the terms and the vehicle and did not try to pressure us into adding anything to our purchase. Everyone was nice and helpful. Martin was helpful with assuring me I was getting a great rate for the car I was interested in. Tu, Huy, and Colt helped me from beginning to end with the car purchasing experience and they were very courteous and upfront with no BS (I know right? At a used car dealership??) I also shopped around quite a bit for similar cars and the price out the door was really, really good out the door. I seriously highly recommend Toyota Marin used cars and Tu is a real MVP! More
