Staff was very friendly, did not pressure me on anything just provided options and worked with me to get a payment I was happy with. Kalvin greeted me at the door and got me started and got me in touch with Martin who I had emailed regarding the truck. Martin showed me the truck and test drove with me and was very friendly, answered all my questions, and never tried to upsell me to a new car or anything more expensive. When it came to financing the APR was quite a bit higher than the online estimator but I suppose the staff has no real control over the lenders. They were however happy to provide multiple financing options and contact more than one lender to get me the fiancing length I wanted to get my payments closer to what I wanted. When I was happy with the arrangement I was handed off to cathie who was also extremely pleasant to talk with and very thorough in explaining my warranty and maintenance plan. She also threw in some bonuses as a thank you for being an LEO. Overall I came out with a slightly higher payment than I was expecting but the experience was painless, informative and i feel confident that I will be taken care of in my future interactions with them. I walked away very happy with my purchase! More
