I had been looking for a while and when I saw this one online, I called to check availability. Martin answered my call and from that moment on my experience with them was amazing. Martin was very helpful and honest, which is not always the case when buying used vehicles. His knowledge and eagerness to help me get the vehicle I wanted quickly became evident, as did his trustworthiness. I felt that he was answering my questions honestly and felt confident in my dealings with him. I live over two hours away from the dealership and was having trouble getting to San Rafael to see, test drive or purchase the vehicle. No one could be more surprised than I was when he offered to deliver the Tahoe to me! I kept thinking that there must be a catch somewhere! I was able to complete all of the paperwork online and get my loan approved without ever going to the dealership. The 3 day, 250 mile guarantee allowed me to know that if for any reason I decided that I didn't want it I could return it and everything would be cancelled. Much to my delight, when they got to me with it, my Tahoe was even more beautiful that it looked online. Martin was organized and professional, arriving completely prepared. We quickly went through the completed paperwork and I signed where it was needed. Then off they went, leaving me with my beautiful Tahoe at a very fair price! What amazing customer service!!!! Keith was direct, didn't pull any punches, figured out quickly that we were ready to buy a car and helped us make it happen. He programmed the car for my wife, explained all of the features that were new to her and set up her phone for blue tooth and demonstrated the operation of all the controls.
