We always get what we are promised and the sales staff are always helpful with whatever we need after the sale. This trip to the service department made me happy enough to always bring my car to bellingham Toyota. Nick the computer service person spent lots of time helping me set up my Prius prime computer options. He walked me through each option explaining every detail and made me feel like my questions and concerns were important. He even said he appreciated my asking because it gave him a chance to investigate and learn more so he could help someone else in the future. He asked me to let him know how my choices worked out for me. He assured me if something wasn’t What I expected or didn’t work well for me, that he would see to it that it was changed to please me. Wow. This employee is a gem! He insured that I will always want to do business here! Everyone was helpful and really cared about my satisfaction. Nick went into the stellar catagory. He was exceptional. I would be happy to tell Toyota motor co. Or anybody else how satisfied I am. I do not personally know anyone associated with this dealership. I’m just a very satisfied customer. Horrible Customer Service I was very disappointed in the customer service I received on 9/27/18. It was my first time getting my oil change for my new RAV4 I just purchased 3 m I was very disappointed in the customer service I received on 9/27/18. It was my first time getting my oil change for my new RAV4 I just purchased 3 months ago. I was so excited since I have been hearing nothing but amazing things about the service department and I had such a amazing experience buying my suv. I had called to get my car serviced for Thursday morning. I walked in around 7:30 Thursday morning Rose I believe was her name was absolutely rude. I walked in saying I’m here to drop my vechile off and she said well we are not even open yet so can you wait. I said I was told when I called I could drop off my car as I have to work and getting a ride back to work from a friend. She said okay, rolled her eyes and took my information and said go to door 4 and walked away from the desk. I noticed a car was already there so, I went back in to the office and asked again are you sure? Also where do I put my keys she said yes door 4 and leave them in the car. I said okay I left and did as she said. Well about a few minutes later I received a call from the service saying I did not have a appointment and was unsure why my vechial was left with no communication with the service department. I began to feel worried as I have no way to get to my vechial until end of my work day. The service department did make a exception and do the oil change for me which I was very appreciative for. I have never had this kind of experience at any other dealership in town when I would get my cars serviced. It was always straight forward never any confusion. I believe at the time of call for service the customer should be told what they should do when they get to the service center. I would hate to have anyone feel like I did. More
