Optional add-ons increased the cost without clear disclosure, a $900 charge was taken without a clear explanation, and key vehicle details were not fully discussed. After reviewing multiple complaint platforms, I found consistent concerns regarding lack of transparency, pressure tactics, and unethical sales practices at this dealership. I also noted repeated concerns involving the General Manager, Mike Press, suggesting a pattern of dismissive behavior toward customers after the sale. Additionally, I understand this dealership operates with limited oversight, which may contribute to inconsistent practices, lack of transparency, and difficulty escalating concerns.
