Optional add-ons increased the cost without clear disclosure, a $900 charge was taken without a clear explanation, and key vehicle details were not fully discussed. After reviewing multiple complaint platforms, I found consistent concerns regarding lack of transparency, pressure tactics, and unethical sales practices at this dealership. I also noted repeated concerns involving the General Manager, Mike Press, suggesting a pattern of dismissive behavior toward customers after the sale. Terrible! !!!! Had gap insurance and canceled it. They got the check and kept it for months. Tracked it down to them and had to threaten them with turning them !!!! Had gap insurance and canceled it. They got the check and kept it for months. Tracked it down to them and had to threaten them with turning them in to the Ohio AG. After threatening them I had the check in my hand the next day via FED-EX overnight express. What a bunch of losers!!! More
