By far the best experience I've had. - neal.chaisson

By far the best experience I've had. Worked with Gage over email and phone. He didn't try to pressure me, gave me what I asked for and when I finally came in to close the purchase, I was absolutely stunned by how fast and efficient the process was. Would do business here again.

After considerable research on PHEV's, and on the value - harrison13n

After considerable research on PHEV's, and on the value of my trade-in, I purchased a Prius Plugin from Toyota Cleveland Heights. In the sales process I worked with two very helpful, experienced, and authentic salespeople who worked to make sure that I was pleased with the outcome of our work together: Pat Marcin and Avaughn Wells. Both of them were "people focused" and asked what would make me happy, and represented my interests to their buyer, financial advisor, and management. I received very good value on my trade, and on the lease arrangement we negotiated. I will be pleased to recommend them and the dealership to friends who are considering a new or used car purchase.

Robert was a great service advisor and I would recommend - HS

Robert was a great service advisor and I would recommend him to any Toyota owner. My car literally broke down in the sales lot 3 hours into a 16 hour car trip. Not only did he address my needs that same day, he was very responsive to ongoing needs as we needed to ship the car to its final destination once the work was completed. He definitely went above and beyond throughout this whole ordeal.

My husband and I went to the Brunswick Auto Mart and had - Kathy

My husband and I went to the Brunswick Auto Mart and had the pleasure of meeting Ricardo Farone. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at. He was intuitive, polite, listened well, was very helpful and was professionally dressed. He was by far, one of the best car salesmen we have ever had when shopping for a new vehicle. He is a definite asset to the dealership. We decided to go with another make and model of truck, through no fault of Ricardos. The make and model of the vehicles did not have the size engine, axle ratio nor a dipstick on it which were important requirement for my husband. We will definitely tell our friends to contact Ricardo if they are looking for what Brunswick Auto Mart has in their inventory.

Great dealership! - cjhcsafjcbennett1

Great dealership! Longtime Ganley customer of their Subaru dealership. We were shopping for a Tacoma. Drove 1 hour, hoping to stay within the Ganley family. So glad we did. The dealership is big and modern. Darwin Nealon was our salesman who walked us through the entire process. He was so friendly and very personable. Very knowledgeable too! We ended up leasing a 2026 Tacoma SR5. They quickly appraised our trade and the numbers on the lease came back quick. Nick took care of our paperwork as quick as he could. Lucas helped us set up our phones and got us started on the Toyota app. All in all, pretty quick deal. Got there at 1 and left about 430. Can't complain about that! Very happy customers! - Cherie and John Bennett
