Had a great experience at Toyota of Bedford when buying my Highlander. The particular vehicle I wanted was a little hard to find, but they found one somewhere else and got it for me. The purchase process was not really pushy, and they put all of the numbers for your deal right out in front of you, so nothing is hidden. Everything is very transparent. I worked with Joel Benitez for my purchase. He was very friendly and fun to work with. He also exhibited extensive knowledge and understanding of Toyota's products and the various features on them. The facility itself was very clean and comfortable as well. Again, this was a great experience. I'd recommend Toyota of Bedford to everyone. More
