Had to redo this review because of everything I've dealt with so far buying the 2 year old vehicle from a "Penske certified" dealer. First they went over how they did their multipoint inspection to make sure the vehicle was in top condition. First terrible experience was having to wait over a month for them to inform me of the documentation penndot required to issue a registration. I had to call multiple times for them to even let me know this info. I was never called or informed. Second terrible experience, after I finally got my inspection, the dealership informed me that the driver side CV axle outer boot was ripped (and half as* repaired with silicone) that I need a new battery (would only charge to 12.3 volts and is supposed to 12.6) and also my driver side strut boot was leaking ( which I found the boot clamp was not there so the boot has come off the lip) All this within a month of buying the car. I suggest to not buy a used car here unless you get them to put it on a lift and look at it yourself. They will just ignore you and refuse to answer the phone or call back. Sell you a messed up car and then act like it wasn't like that. Again the car was only 2 years old and I already have to put almost 1000$ into it. More

I bought a car from them this week. Prior to signing, I saw the aftermarkets section, which added up to more than 3k dollars, including “Interior and exterior protect-premier” “All weat Prior to signing, I saw the aftermarkets section, which added up to more than 3k dollars, including “Interior and exterior protect-premier” “All weather mats” etc. I asked my salesperson if I have to buy these and he said yes. So then I signed everything and later, payed and picked up the vehicle. As I re-read through the contract, I realized how useless and overpriced these aftermarkets are. I saw one line on the contract of the “interior and exterior protect premier”, which says “The purchase of these products is optional and is in no way a condition to either the purchase of financing of a vehicle.” So I was lied upon, and ended up spending so much more than I should. This is very frustrating. I would recommend anyone buying a car to closely read all terms on contract and avoid buying aftermarkets. More
