There's nothing to talk about !!! Bought a car and gap ins from you. Refinanced the car and was told to drop the gap ins. Dropped the gap ins and was told it would take 30 days to get a check for the unused $$$. Months later with multiple calls (20+) I traced the $$$ back to Bedford . Just as an update, I did send the General Manager Mike Press my contact info as he asked for but he never reached out to me. Obviously he asked for this information publicly just to make it appear that he would rectify the situation but I can tell you that he never called me. What a joke. If that doesn’t tell you what’s going on at this dealership then I don’t know what to tell you. Shady from top to bottom smh
