The staff has always been conscientious and polite. Never condescending. I may not always like the results they have to tell me about my 12 yr old, 178K mile Avalon but they always explain the issues polite condescending. My engine had an unusual problem - a mouse (and nest and mouse mess)had caused my HEPA filter to fall off on the highway, causing my fan to make a high pitched intolerable whining. The dealership not only diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, but they also cleaned out all the mouse residue. They did an oil change (which I had requested) and suggested a couple of other things which I needed and approved. Thanks so much to everyone for your timely and courteous help and repair. More

We have worked with Tony in the past when he worked at another dealership. One of the main reasons for us coming out to Toyota Bedford was because of Tony.
