Overall, I was happy with my visit and I do like the car I purchased but I was alittle disappointed in the price I ended up paying. I bought a used car for a discounted price and by the end of the deal I e I purchased but I was alittle disappointed in the price I ended up paying. I bought a used car for a discounted price and by the end of the deal I ended up paying more for a used car than I would have for a new one. Thought I was getting a deal but doesn't seem that way. Hopefully the car will be worth it in the end. Also, when I left the dealer, I wasn't half way down Rockside Rd when my gas light turned on. I was in shock that they sent me home with an EMPTY tank of gas! Not a good thing, especially after all the money I just spent. Alittle disappointed with some aspects of my visit but overall happy with the car. More

I am a young professional from DC and I often find that people discredit me because of my age. From what I experienced there was a lot of disorganization an chaos going on. The lack of training on the part of my financing person worried me . He got answers when he didn't know them.Sales manager Figueroa was nice and helpful too. I could see that the place was in dissarray. I only pray that the training on the finance side happens and the atmosphere gets more positive. Maybe the rain had them down that day . I hope to see improvement in the future. I would give the sales team a B+. finance needs much improvement . Dealer overall a B as they called to see how my experience was . More
The staff has always been conscientious and polite. Never condescending. My engine had an unusual problem - a mouse (and nest and mouse mess)had caused my HEPA filter to fall off on the highway, causing my fan to make a high pitched intolerable whining. The dealership not only mouse mess)had caused my HEPA filter to fall off on the highway, causing my fan to make a high pitched intolerable whining. The dealership not only diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, but they also cleaned out all the mouse residue. They did an oil change (which I had requested) and suggested a couple of other things which I needed and approved. Thanks so much to everyone for your timely and courteous help and repair. More
