toyota of colchester has been able to provide service on short notice which is very helpful because I am dealing with a number of medical problems with my wife and mother I need reliable transport. So it i short notice which is very helpful because I am dealing with a number of medical problems with my wife and mother I need reliable transport. So it is very helpfulf to get service quickly so I have a dependable vehical at hand for the next unexpected medical emergency. My last two servces took a little longer than usual but this was OK. You had to fix a power steering problem which required ordering a part that took a little lomger than usual but you did not know what you needed going in so no problem. We then had an issue with a low milage tire wich you determined was the result of a road hazzard. I think that the warranties between yokohama and colchester are somewhat mind boggling but you ordered a tire to match the nearly new other tires on the car and I think the financial resolution was very fair on your part. The service managers took time to explain the issues in detail and made recommendations for additional services in the near future. More
My car was in for service for 2 problems. Ramdomly it would act up. I would be driving with my grandchildren and all of a sudden the car would not go forward. The engine would be going but the car would not go anywhere. The second thing that happens is I needed to put 2 feet on the brake and hold it as hard as I could to hold the car at a stop and it was still trying to go forward. The service men did alot of work on it, the cost was $793.00. The problem still was not fixed. I took it back 4 more times, because it acted up, they had it for 5 days, 2 days, 2 days and another 7 days. They did more work and did not charge me one more cent because they could not find out what is wrong with my car. All the men I spoke to in the service department were very nice to me. They tried so hard to fix it but the car would not act up for them. It only does it when it wants to do it. As if it has a mind of it's ow They said they were stumped. But I am so pleased with the way they treated me. Thank you for trying. More

This dealership uses partial disclosure of sales and services as purposeful deception for achieving maximum profitability and taking unfair advantage of customers. Avoid Toyota of Colchester and any ot services as purposeful deception for achieving maximum profitability and taking unfair advantage of customers. Avoid Toyota of Colchester and any other Antonino group dealership. I had negotiated a prepaid maintenance agreement at the time of purchase. It wasn't until all the papers were signed and the money exchanges that I was informed that the maintenance agreement only applied at an Antonino Group dealer when I was led to believe that I was receiving a Toyota-backed, dealership wide agreement. I was also assured emphatically by the finance person that the only profit they make above invoice is $349, as indicated on their sales form. When I decided not to seal the deal, they reduced the price an additional $500. Complete deception. I can no longer trust anything they say. I will do everything in my power to never set foot in another Antonino Group dealership. More
I'm happy with the final decision made by Toyota to pay for the repair. It was a safety issue and had to be corrected. I recently lost my job and did not have the money for that repair. The job was handled for the repair. It was a safety issue and had to be corrected. It appeared that everyone enjoyed their work and went out of their way to make my experience a pleasant and informative one. This dealership is like no other that I visited. The selling of the car was important but I never got the feeling of any type of pressure. Daniel Kort,(the salesman), took the time to show me all of the departments, explaining as we went. I was constantly asked, did I have any questions. He went over all the features of the car. Toyota of Colchester showed me that buying a car could be enjoyable as well as informative. My previous idea of the car buying process has been changed from a negative one to a positive one. I left with the car I wanted and felt good about the entire experience from the time I walked through the doors until I finally left with my new 2011 Toyota Camry SE. To sum it up, this dealership excelled in all areas of the car selling business. In three years I know where to go to purchase my next new car, no running from dealership to dealership. One stop shopping at Toyota of Colchester. More
I called the Toyota dealer even though I have a Honda because it was making a horrible noise and I didn't want to drive it far. Aubry took care of paperwork and got the car in quickly. They diagnosed the because it was making a horrible noise and I didn't want to drive it far. Aubry took care of paperwork and got the car in quickly. They diagnosed the problem.gave me options and even suggested that I put in a rebuilt part as my car was 11 years old. He gave me a price that I felt was fair and had the work done a few days later. When I brought the car car in, they repaired it in a timely fashion. If it wasn,t for Aubrey taking the time to explain everythig to me, I probably would have taken it somewhere else. When it time to buy a new car [even though I've bought 5 Honda's in a row]. I will come in to see you John Royea More
Invoice #TOCS309065 I made an appointment for an oil change.... time 10:30am 4/18/2011. I arrived early 10:15. I did the paperwork at that time and waited and waited and waited. My vehicle was ready at change.... time 10:30am 4/18/2011. I arrived early 10:15. I did the paperwork at that time and waited and waited and waited. My vehicle was ready at 11:15. I asked the counter man the time and I so noted it on my invoice.People make appointments to eliminate wait times. Much to much time to do an oil change. Case in point, remember the last time YOU made a dinner reservation and you didn't get seated right away, well, how did you feel....not to happy maybe a little angry More
Was in for 55k service. As usual, everyone was very friendly and the service was done in a short time. If I had to recommend any improvement, it would be to the magazines in the waiting area. The friendly and the service was done in a short time. If I had to recommend any improvement, it would be to the magazines in the waiting area. They are not only really old but are a mess. Would it hurt to have the dealership get some subscriptions so that we could wait with more recent magazines? I know things are tight these days but it would be a big improvement for a small investment. More
You have been unable to fix an issue with my sliding automatic doors since I bought the van 7 years ago. Both doors have had problems and I feel that a more aggresive fix solution should have existed f automatic doors since I bought the van 7 years ago. Both doors have had problems and I feel that a more aggresive fix solution should have existed from the get-co. Now I have a new issue with the sliding door and am being told it will cost $300 out of my pocket. One of the reasons I gave some lowere ratings is becasue I had to initiate several phone calls to both Louie and Allen and did not reeive calls back. I got the impression they would hope that I would just "go away". I marked quality of work lower because, although general maintanance has been fine, this door issue has never been "cured" by Toyota of Colchester. Most folks there friendly enough - but for the most part - just "down to business" attitude. More
