My Response to the owner - 6/24/2026 Simple enough. 1) Me: No Add ons 2) Salesperson: Okay here's your monthly price 3) Me: Please click that drop down that's hiding the details: ($75.00 mo of addons) Salesperson. Oh.. Let me talk to mgr again. 4) SP: Ok, those are off, here's your montly price 5) Me: Please click that drop down that's hiding the details ($28 .00 mo of addons) 6) SP: Oh, he missed those, hang on 7) SP: Ok, this should look better 8) Me: Please click that drop down that is hiding the details ($13.00 mo of addons) 9: SP: Ok, let me talk to him again. 10: Me: Knowing that I was very upfront with you and the fact that I had to tell you to show the details means you are doing what the bottom feeder dealerships do. If I bought that car today, every time I walked out ot my driveway I would remember how Toyota of the Desert treated me like I was a fool they could take advantage of. That's why I'm leaving. I treat people right and I expect the same in return. When I get less I move on. I"m sure you'll now say is was all a mistake. When someone makes the same mistake 3 times in a row and it always benefits them, do you really believe it was a mistake? I did already buy my BZ4X... 2025, 7,000 miles and $3000 cheaper. If you want a good business model, look at One Toyota in Oakland, CA. They don't do the... let's wear out the customer dance of Sales - manager -- sales -- -manager --- back and forth until you're worn out, then, once you're through and have it all locked in, you hear okay, one more step; Finance where they'll start the dance all over. One Toyota has one personal handle every aspect of the deal. But, you're the owner, you can do what you want.
