We had to revisit and almost didn't get our second key. He was friendly, but didn't know enough about the vehicle for our questions. We were there at 10:30 and told him we had an appt that we had to leave by 1:30. I guess he felt the pressure because the paperwork never got to our window, so we had to come back. They did however give us gas for the trip, and a full tank when we bought it. He didn't know how to sync up the phone with the car, since new cars do not have CD players, so he had to ask someone else to help. He also had to get someone else to help us when negotiating the price... He mentioned that HE DOES NOT GO BACK AND FORTH, so that really made us rethink buying the car there???? In the end, another guy stepped in and did the job, thank goodness. From then on, smooth sailing. More
