I would love to give this service 5 stars as usual. However they failed to place the oil pan cover correctly. I am staying with my sister in Northern California and I specifically wanted my car to be serviced where I always go. So we drove back to Desert to visit friends , doc appt and to get my car serviced by you. Luckily we were not far from an OReilly’s off of freeway in Cabazon and they were able to provide us with 3 new screws and screwed back pan cover on for us. He could not do the back ones. The temperatures were well over 100. I have never had a problem in the past. Just too bad this happened. I will be taking car to a local dealer here to make sure the Back screws are in properly. I am 81. My sister is my driver. We are thankful for the work you do for us. No job is so important than not do it safely. My sister worked service for a dealership she did not mind waiting as she mentioned to get it done safely. Very scary situation. Sincerely, Nor Gonzales More

I was there for 2-1/2 hours for an oil change and a tire rotation. Apparently my car was ready a half hour earlier but I didn't know it. They sent a video to my email saying I needed new filters after a d rotation. Apparently my car was ready a half hour earlier but I didn't know it. They sent a video to my email saying I needed new filters after a diagnostic was done. I would have gladly had them change the filters but they did not tell me even though I was in the waiting room of the dealership. But they emailed me and called my home phone and left a message. I'm not going to pay for another service call when they could have replaced them during my long wait. They did a great job on what they did but did not communicate with me even to let me know that my car was ready. The appointment i made online said it would be scheduled for 1 hour. It actually took an hour and 50 minutes and in my reality, it took 2 hours and 25 minutes because I only found out AFTER I went to the service desk. I have always gone to the dealership for services ever since I moved to Palm Springs in 2017. They have been very nice to me. This happened once before that I waited 4 hours (my fault. I didn't check in with the service desk. I thought the guy that took my key was checking in) I'm just really frustrated because everything went really well except I didn't get the filters replaced because the car was ready for pickup and the lack of speaking to me about my car while I was there. I'm a really patient person and don't complain much. I figure if it's taking a long time there must be a reason and they'll get it to me when they can. I will still go to this dealership but I won't wait so long to ask questions. More
