Jonnathan in service is very friendly and well informed of services and costs. When I arrived for my 10am appointment, I mentioned that in was on my lunch break and was going to leave my Tacoma there for of services and costs. When I arrived for my 10am appointment, I mentioned that in was on my lunch break and was going to leave my Tacoma there for an oil/filter change and he took care of me in a very short period of time. I was able to get back to work on time and he followed up with me over the phone to ensure everything I needed was taken care of. My husband and I purchased our very first Toyota back in 2009 (we've only owned Toyota vehicles since) with you and have always serviced our vehicles there, and we have never reviewed your service... but this time it was different and this guy really did go out of his way to provide an amazing service. This place is a joke, my sister took her 4Runner in for a diagnostic, her car had not been driven in a while, so she was concerned about fluids and anything else wrong with the car. Michael was her service a diagnostic, her car had not been driven in a while, so she was concerned about fluids and anything else wrong with the car. Michael was her service advisor, very friendly and told her she had some recalls as well. So later he contacted her to tell her that she needed all the fluids flushed, which she assumed she would need that. Then they said she needs an alternator and new timing belt. They want to charge her $1500 to do the fluids alone!! You have got to be kidding me. She also needs the spark plugs replaced. I understand it needs some stuff done, but they want to charge her for the whole job over $5000!!! And that was them saying with discounts!! Also they have a line item to clean her battery, the battery is brand new, we just put it in today!! They have got to be joking!! She is so upset, I don’t know if it’s because of the area or what, but nobody should be charged these prices!! Unbelievable! I will never recommend this place to anyone!! More

I would like to give this dealership a good review but I can't although when I purchased my car here in August 2020 the people that had worked with me were great. It is that there is zero follow-up afterwar can't although when I purchased my car here in August 2020 the people that had worked with me were great. It is that there is zero follow-up afterwards. I had originally leased the vehicle that I purchased and had been having my car serviced there and they had always contacted me, sent special offers from time to time, sent texts to remind me when maintenance such as; oil changes, etc were due. Not anymore, I have not heard one word from them, no emails, no texts, no snail mail nor anything since I purchased the vehicle. The funny thing though is that I receive emails and snail mail with special offers and so forth from OTHER Toyota dealerships which is kind of whacked! I have tried calling the service department to find out if I should set up an appointment. They NEVER answer the phone nor call back when I left a message in the service department! The automated system they have is not very together either.. garbled sounding at times. If I had to do it all over again I wouldn't purchase a car from here and I certainly couldn't recommend it to others. More

Decided to purchase my lease and had a very easy time doing so. Everyone was super helpful... until it came time to get my plates. I have been trying for more than 2 months to get ANY information on it a doing so. Everyone was super helpful... until it came time to get my plates. I have been trying for more than 2 months to get ANY information on it and have been completely ghosted. I have called, emailed and chatted my way to complete silence and zero help. I have dealt with so many different people telling me that “someone will get in touch with you” that I can stand. Zero help after the sale. Next step is to drive back to the dealership and camp out until someone finally decides that I’m worth their time More
