My experience was good the thing I did not like was the two hour wait for an oil change. I am considering going someplace that only changes oil or doing it myself to save time. Everyone here was fantastic service was good and only thing I don't like, which is most businesses is they add-on extra jobs that they say needs to be done when it does not need to be done. Terrible customer service experience. MPG of the vehicle was 7 points below EPA figures. Sales manager would not help whatsoever nor propose alternate solution. Do not go there. It was good. I really get uncomfortable when guys are always telling me things are wrong w my car and so many things need maintenance every time I go in. Other service reps at the desk were not very good. They don't acknowledge people when they walk in and let them know what to expect and you just have to stand there and wait. No direction whatsoever.
