The entire Toyota Company on Nicholasville Road, were very hospitable, dressed nice and helped make the purchase a smooth transaction. The Toyota Company on Nicholasville Road is well located on nice acreage, with a beautiful entrance just off a busy highway with lots of shiny new vehicles. The building inside and out is nice and clean. The inside is spotless including the showroom, eating area, service center, bathrooms and offices. We have never owned a Toyota. It was our pleasure doing business with this company and the people. We purchased a Highlander. It is beautiful with many good features that will be beneficial for us. In purchasing my new Toyoto 4Runner the experience was the most pleasurable one I have ever gone through. The sales associate, Mathew Moyer, knew I was coming in at a pre-specified time and that I did no the most pleasurable one I have ever gone through. He was honest and accurate in the time he gave me from the minute I agreed to purchase to the minute I drove off the lot. Things were accomplished in a extremely timely fashion and everything explained in amazing detail. Mathew even set up my smart phone for hands free use in the navi system before I drove off with my beautiful new 4Runner!! I had a great experience here. I thought my brakes had not been checked correctly, however when checking with another mechanic it was the inside of my brake pads that had worn down, my husband could not t not been checked correctly, however when checking with another mechanic it was the inside of my brake pads that had worn down, my husband could not them through the wheel.
