Went to this dealership to LOOK at the Toyota vehicles, not necessarily to actually purchase one. The salesman, Roger Campbell, was very good at asking the right questions and understanding the kind of veh not necessarily to actually purchase one. We talked about several vehicles that might be a good fit, walked out to the lot that was very well-stocked with new vehicles, and started "kicking tires" until we found a vehicle that seemed to be a perfect fit for me. My wife and I took the car on an extended test drive and returned to the dealership with one question, "What's the delivered price?" I was sold on this Camry SE when this simple question was answered and we agreed to purchase the car right then. The outstanding available financing, the included preventative maintenance package, and the great service contract were simply frosting on the cake. The following day I returned to the dealership on another matter, and since I was there I asked the service department to look at a minor issue I found. They immediately brought my car into the service area and checked out the situation. The service personnel were more than helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable(there was nothing wrong with the car, I just didn't understand how something worked). Being an old guy I have purchased many cars over the years, but I will say this may very well be the best car and the best auto dealership I have experienced. Everyone I had contact with at this dealership was first class! A great place to buy a car!!! More
