We actually contacted Toyota on Nicholasville from another dealership over 2 hours away, just to compare pricing. Fifteen minutes after our first contact, it became clear we needed to be working with ToN. From first contact to our arrival at the dealership, we found, purchased and completed all the paperwork in less than 3 hours. Tony Samaan went out of his way to make sure the vehicle was cleaned up and filled up and had all the paperwork ready for our signatures when we arrived. They were about to close on a stormy Saturday evening, but he made it clear he was there for us and would stay as long as it took to make sure we were satisfied. Luckily, we were only there for about 22 minutes! Later, as we were parked in a random parking lot so my SO could search for a location using GPS, Tony saw us and pulled in to make sure all was ok! We are a Toyota/Lexus only family, and try to buy locally as much as possible, but from now on, Tony Samaan and Toyota on Nicholasville will be our dealership of choice. We highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a Toyota! More

Tony Samaan is the best Tony had sold us our 2015 Rav4 a couple of years ago and we were in for our last 2 year oil change and service. We were sitting there and Tony walked by stopped and ask how we liked it, He said "I can get you a good deal on a newer Rav4", I said "sure go ahead and try and if you do call me and we will talk". Well guess what, he called me the other day and said he thinks he has a deal. So last night we went up there (We live in Frankfort) and sure enough they offered us a deal we couldn't refuse. I am now the owner of a new 2017 Rav4, I have never in my life been able to trade in a 2 year timeframe. Great working with Tony and I would highly recommend him and Toyota on Nicholasville. On the first request, she offered a price that was better than other dealers. She didn't start playing the price games that other dealers do like Greens. Trade in offer was in line with KBB estimates.They offered to bring another car with features and color I wanted and it was there in a week. Went to pick up the car and pay for it expecting pressure to add warranties etc. They were offered but not pushed. 'No" was accepted with out a further push. They do over charge on paperwork (title, plates etc) but all dealers do. Melissa was accommodating, helpful and pleasant to work with. More
