In the past year or two I feel like the service at this location has gown downhill. It simply doesn't feel like there is a desire to provide excellent service and address my concerns as a customer. I have been leasing from this Toyota dealership for the past 8 years, but I am considering going elsewhere, as I often feel that my concerns are not particularly important to the service staff. The attitude is best described as blase. Also I have no evidence that my vehicle is ever sanitized after being serviced. I always do this myself. I was disappointed recently as I brought my car in for it's scheduled maintenance, waited 4.5 hours for it to be finished, and then just 3 weeks later, an indicator light started coming on re: the washer fluid. This shouldn't happen so soon after a service. Feels like sloppy work. More

I made the mistake of making an appointment during one of the lunch hours, I have always been appreciative of prompt and courteous service but this was the first time, in 12 years, there was not one person i the lunch hours, I have always been appreciative of prompt and courteous service but this was the first time, in 12 years, there was not one person in any of the booths, I kept asking anyone that passed by what was going on which is how I found out it was lunch time but 2 people should have been out there. And there was someone waiting longer than I so it turned out I spent 30 minutes to leave my car for service; which made me late for my next appointment to which I walked. I had given myself enough time for my 10 minute walk, thinking I'd be at Toyota for about 10 minutes. I still would recommend Toyota because I don't base judgement on one experience. More
Service department is lazy and very inconstant. I have canceled my Toyota Care because of it.
