I had a 2023 Toyota Camry TRD that I had bought with 4200 miles and it ran hot on the way home from work. Toyota South was the closest dealership. They had my car for 4hrs after telling me over and over that miles and it ran hot on the way home from work. Toyota South was the closest dealership. They had my car for 4hrs after telling me over and over that it would be ready in 30-45min. They then told me it had a blown head gasket and that I was going to have to take it back to the dealer I bought it from more than 30 miles away. When the tow truck arrived they would not release the car because they said I owed $360. They said they would give us a break and only charge $200 and change. This is a new car still under warranty! So after we paid the ransom! The car was towed to the dealership I bought it from and all that was wrong was low on water they refilled and pressure tested the coolant system and all check out ok. I have driven the car for 2 weeks now and no issues. I am glad now they insisted on taking it back to the original dealership since they probably would have screwed me on a head gasket change that was not needed! I hope they enjoy that $200 ransom because they will never see another dime from me! I left several messages for the service manager and general manager and none were returned!! More

No other company has maintain my maintenance on my car. I am currently missing this huge oil cover that mysteriously disappeared. I've called numerous of time and no one has gotten back. Like do I have TO NOW start checking underneath my own freaking vehicle when service is done? This is totally not cool for me to be having missing parts that your service tech are responsible for. No one is trying to resolve this matter. I used to have great service here at Toyota South ATLANTA! I will be contacting corporate to explain how can one just not place my cover back on after changing my oil. More

Don't waste your time with this dealership. I received a can response from a sales rep named "Elias" that immediately ignored my message. I replied again, asking that the rep give me a competitive offer, indicating I was looking for a no-haggle, pleasant and stress free car buying experience. They took thirty six hours to respond, sent me a quote with absolutely no message or additional information and the quote was $300 higher than the price listed on their website. I asked if this was their best and final answer and received a one word reply - "Yes." Well, that's one less customer you'll have and I'll never recommend anyone visit this dealership if this is the way they do business. I recommend you avoid it as well. More

Was told it was sold yesterday by a random salesman outside. Spoke with management to express my frustration. Was met with a man sitting in a corner desk inside of the sales cubicle. Probably the most unapologetic apology Ive ever received. Excused everything on the basis that mistakes happen. Was asked if I ever made mistakes. Told him no, not of this caliber. The entire team inside the sales office laughed at me. Quite possibly the most unprofessional team of people in a corporate environment that Ive ever experience. No attempts at correcting the problem nor an alternate solution of possibly finding and selling me a comparable vehicle. Walked in frustrated, left fuming. Random sales people standing outside knew that the vehicle was sold. The fact that the people responsible for setting up appointments arent aware shows me this dealership runs off of negligence. I came with full intentions of buying the vehicle. Pushed off other appointments due to me stupidly trusting that a corporate dealership would provide A class service. Lesson learned. More

Added extended warranty, gap and other things to my loan amount without my permission and now I'm having trouble canceling it so my loan amount can be lowered and I can sell. Even came back for a trade in plus more down payment tried giving me the same amount for monthly payments. Legit a joke.Currently in the process of getting this car sold and not having to worry about them any longer. Overall bad experiences, and all the sales people here is real slick as well, very aggressive, and rude More
IF YOU'RE FROM OUT OF STATE, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! !!!! They send your registration to a titling agency in Kansas, and they do not tell you anything about it. In Mississippi, you only have 9 days to get your car registered and then you get penalized for not having it registered. I am on day 26 and just now getting answers on what I needed to be doing. The dealership told me that I just did not need to buy a car in Georgia. I do not recommend this dealership, period. The salesman I bought the car from will not return my calls, and neither will the Finance manager. They were overall very unhelpful. Would definitely be worth the drive to go to another Toyota Dealership. More
While you have to be ware at any dealer this one is very bad. I was looking for a Rav4 Hybrid and they had one only a couple of weeks out. They said they'd sell for MSRP. They lied. They added a $2000 "pro pack" that was bogus accessories like windshield protection and insurance deductible reimbursement for 12 mos. Then the offered me $3000 to $5000 less than Kelly Blue Book for my clean trade. They had no water, no coffee, sit you to do your business in an open area with multiple tables like a restaurant with no privacy. They take full advantage of the customer in this time of difficult availability. Buy somewhere else! More
We purchased a 2023 Prius from Toyota South Atlanta last week and were surprised at the last minute to learn that we would be given only a single key. To our surprise, we learned only after questioning the salesperson yesterday that the key might be MONTHS in coming . . . and no 3rd party keys seem to be available. This is a major inconvenience, enough so that we would not have purchased the car if we had known. Not the dealer's fault exactly, but I have just learned that Toyota provides a warning sticker that the dealer should have left on the vehicle for the test drive, and I never saw the thing. Consumer fraud? More

June 9th: I called them for pickup car, they told car is not ready and it will be ready for pickup on June 15th. June 15th: I went to pick up the Toyota corolla, I found scratches on car when I asked Richard the Store Manager he giving me rude answer in disrespected manner and even he disrespected my friends who came with me to help me for car pickup Finally was forced to decline the deal since they offered to provide a temporary solution for the scratches. I highly recommend not to pursue Richard the store manager for any deals and I lost $500 of booking amount I Highly recommend to check the car properly before actually buying from them More
