A awful experience I will never purchase a car from Toyota south EVER again. I bought a brand new 2016 corolla with a bad transmission. First they said nothing waa wrong I will never purchase a car from Toyota south EVER again. I bought a brand new 2016 corolla with a bad transmission. First they said nothing waa wrong with the car and basically made me feel like I was crazy. Then once they found out that it was the transmission (a month after i had the car) they held my car for a week before they gave me a rental car. All they kept saying is oh we cant do anything about it. They held my car there for almost 2 weeks. I went to get something from the inside of my car when it was there and they couldn't find it. They are so unorganized it's not funny. they won't even explain to you what's wrong with they car they just keep saying your warranty will cover it. Now a month later the car is still having the same issue. I will never recommend anyone to come here EVER More

Upon entering the sales department I was greeted by Nelly who immediately made me feel welcomed and at ease. Nelly grave me information about the flyer I received in the mail, then told me "I'm going to get you a new car today!" I didn't believe her at first , but then she told me "You you've up so easily, I don't. I keep trying until the job is done." Nelly was true to her word and ultimately sold me a new 2016 Toyota Camry, the first brand new car I heave ever owned.
