My service rep- Mr. Ray Peters was attentive and professional. Although I came into the dealer ship for an oil change but because the service departments takes your car through a total check, it was discovered that the vehicle needed front brakes and rotors. Mr.. Peters was able to make me feel good about having to spend the extra money for brake repairs. That to me is a true sign of professionalism and customer service.
